Mr. Isaac John Williamson, Sr. was born on July 4, 1929 in Florence, South Carolina to loving parents, Nathaniel Williamson and Lizzie Robinson Williamson. On Saturday, February 27, 2010, he departed this life at his home.
"Pete", as he was lovingly called, attended the public schools of Florence County and later served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953, receiving an honorable discharged.
At an early age, he gladly became a member of Salem United Methodist Church and remained there until the time of demise.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Hicks Williamson; brothers and sisters, Nathaniel Williamson, Joseph Williamson, Georgia Williams, Annie Harrell, Jessie Hyman, Luberta McCants and Flossie Thomas
Left to cherish his memory: his wife, Lille Mae Harrison Williamson of Bridgeport, CT; daughters, Priscilla S. Ham and Brenda W. Muldrow, both of Florence, SC; sons, Isaac Williamson, Jr., Nathaniel Williamson, both of Florence, SC; Leroy Williamson, Dean Williamson, both of Bridgeport CT and Willie (Patricia) Harrison of Monks Coroner, SC; grandchildren, Saunta and Byron Muldrow, Brandy and Dominique Verdon, Olivia and Patrick Harrison, Saniqua, LaShanda and Terrell; great grands, Saunta, TaMyra, Ny'Kira, Travon, Jacoby, Jabari and Aiden; brothers, Willie (Julia) Williamson of Florence, SC; Steven (Susan) Williamson of Atlanta, GA; Major (Celeste) Myers of Florence, SC; John Billy (Eva) Myers of Scranton, SC and Harkless (Agnes) Myers of New York; sisters, Rosa Ann Andrews of Pamplico, SC; Annie (Cal) Steadman of Bamberg, SC; Lula (Robert) Henry of Columbia, SC; Henrietta (Lawrence) Harley of Florence, SC; adopted sons, Ervin (Jackie) Ham, Allen and James Ham, all of Florence, SC and Michael Ham of Durham, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Earline Hicks, Virginia Hicks, Alfred (Margaret) Hicks and Vanessa Williamson; special friend, Hattie Ham; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
