"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." II Timothy 4: 6-8 (KJV)

Mrs. Peggy Ann James was born on May 18, 1952 in Florence, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Ernest and Mattie Bryant James. On Friday, February 19, 2010, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, she entered into eternal rest after an illness.

Peggy attended the public schools of Florence County. Her profession was that of a Certified Nursing Assistant. She worked at the Heritage Home of Florence and also did private sitting jobs.
